Khushi woke up the next morning...at first she was surprised to see the unfamiliar surroundings but then she remembered that she was in Di's room...she turned to her side and saw the bed empty...she realised that Di must have woken up early for her pooja...sure enough when Khushi went down HP informed her that Anjali had gone to the temple...Khushi went to the kitchen and made coffee for Arnav...last night's events were replaying in her mind as she made his coffee...she blushed a deep shade of crimson when she thought about the numerous kisses he had given during the movie...soon she was in Arnav's room but couldn't find him anywhere…then she heard the shower running and understood that he might be in the washroom...she was about to leave when the door opened and Arnav walked out bare chested...he stopped in his tracks seeing Khushi there...a mischievous glint in his eyes...he saw her nose turning red...he had always enjoyed the effect he had on her...always warmed his heart to see her affected by his prescence to an extent that she couldn't stop blushing….he walked upto her and pulled her into his arms...Khushi hugged him tightly and buried her face into his chest...Arnav moved his hands slowly along her stomach...sending tingling sensations through her entire body...with his other hand he raised her face and slowly stroked her lips with his thumb...Khushi closed her eyes as the sudden onslaught of emotions overtook her normal senses...her eyes closed...she moved her face closer to his...her actions were enough for him to realise that she wanted him as much as he wanted her...he closed the distance between them and crashed his lips onto hers...taking her on a passionate early morning ride...they broke apart after several minutes...Khushi gave him a shy smile and ran out of the room...Arnav had a sheepish grin on his face.
Soon the entire RM was buzzing with activity that none of them realised how the time flew by and soon it was evening...Khushi and Anjali were in their room getting ready...Anjali got Khushi dressed like a princess...she was clad in a red designer lehenga that Arnav had selected for her...she looked nothing short of a princess in her attire...next it was Khushi 'turn to get Anjali ready...though Anjali didn't understand what the fuss was all about she obliged…it was her brother's roka after all and she wanted to look her best and she did...there was a natural glow on her face...the joy of motherhood helped Anjali to forget the pain caused by Shyam...soon the 2 ladies came down and the entire family was mesmerized by the 2 beauties...they looked heavenly but Arnav had eyes only for Khushi...he was lost...drinking in her beauty...she looked like an angel..his angel he thought with a fiery rush of possessiveness...Khushi was his to love possess and cherish forever !!!!
As planned the roka was to happen first...Arnav and Khushi stood facing each other in the living room...NK and Akash came carrying the rings...NK stood next to arnav and Akash took his place next to Khushi...she was surprised to see her Jeeju next to her...he smiled at her..."Khushi u are like my own sister to me and I know how much u yearn for a brother's love...so from today onwards am going to be there as your brother to protect U...and today U will take the ring from me and put it on my brother's finger...I promise u Khushi that I will always cherish U and love U as much as I love Di "
Payal had tears in her eyes as she listened to her husband speak...she was glad tht Akash was finally filling up the space of a brother that Khushi had always longed for...Khushi didn't have words to express her joy…she simply hugged Akash tight as he kissed her lightly on her head...Arnav was elated beyond words to see the love between Akash and Khushi...Akash gently pulled Khushi and gave her the ring...NK handed over the ring to Arnav too and soon the rings were exchanged...Arnav then took Khushi's hands and lightly kissed it making Khushi blush as NK & Akash wolf whistled...soon the music broke out and everyone started dancing including Khushi...Arnav had a smile watching her dance...her heart's joy reflected on her face...he cursed himself mentally for all the times he hurt her...he couldn't understand how he had been so blind to her love for him...just then a thought occurred to him...he went over to the music system and changed the song...Khushi was surprised to hear Teri Meri playing in the background and she turned around to see Arnav coming towards her...he came and bend down on one knee and held out his hand and asked her..."Mrs.Arnav Singh Raizada...may I have your hand for this dance ?? !!! "...the entire family watched open mouthed...seeing the great ASR on his knees asking his wife out for a dance with him !!!!!!!...the mighty ASR was going to dance !!!!!!
Khushi was only too happy to be in his arms and soon they were dancing away to glory...their surroundings forgotten...lost in each other's eyes...coming back to reality only when the song ended and the sound of applause finally breached the silence between them !!!!!
It was now time for Di's Godh Bharai...Khushi went upto Di...took her hand and made her sit in the center of the living room...Anjali watched her surprised...she gave her a questioning look when all of a sudden everyone screamed "SURPRISE"...together...seeing Anjali's puzzled look...Arnav explained..."Di its not just our sagaai today...we also planned your Godh Bharai for the same day...it was Khushi's idea to surprise U Di !!!! "
Anjali had tears in her eyes as she heard their plan...she walked over to Khushi and hugged her for giving such a wonderful surprise...she never expected this surprise as she herself had forgotten about it and here Khushi had planned it for her !!!!!...Anjali realised then that Khushi loved her as much as Arnav loved his sister and she thanked the Gods for sending Khushi into their lives !!!!!
Godh Bharai was going on...the ladies were showering Anjali with gifts and blessings for the baby and the mother...Khushi sat with her throughout the whole ceremony taking care of her needs...making her drink water at regular intervals...laughing with her...time passed on and soon the guests had left and they were all busy cleaning up...Khushi felt tired for some reason and decided to go to Di's room to take rest...she looked around for Arnav and saw him with the workers...She went upto him..."Arnavji...am feeling tired...am going to Di's room to take rest...can u call me when its dinner time ???"
Arnav saw that Khushi was really tired...he agreed and insisted on taking her to Di's room but she asked him to stay behind with Akash and NK and also take care of Di...finally he agreed and watched as Khushi slowly went upstairs...Khushi was about to walk into Di's room when she felt a hand closing over her mouth and felt herself being dragged into the guest room next to Arnav's room !!!!!
