6 years later...
Anjali ran up the stairs screaming as Arnav ran behind her...trying to catch hold of her...but the mistress of mischief just wouldnt stop...just as he was about to give up...Payal caught hold of her...Anjali gave an angry pout as Payal carried her towards Khushi who was waiting at the dinning hall ready with a glass of milk in her hands...together Payal and Khushi made Anjali drink it up in one gulp...she was kissed on both her cheeks by Khushi and Payal while Arnav and Akash laughed seeing seeing Anjali pout...
Anjali was an exact replica of her mother...beautiful and cute...usually quiet but since Khushi was her mother...over the years she seemed to have absorbed some of Khushi's naughtiness...
it had been 6 years since Anjali died and still not a day passed when Arnav and Khushi didnt think about her...raising little Anjali had been a pleasure for them and they couldnt help wishing that if Di had been alive she would have been so happy to see her little princess now...little Anjali was the princess of her family...her every wish was granted thanx to the great Arnav Singh Raizada whom she had as her father...Akash and NK made sure that Anjali never stopped smiling...Mamaji Mamiji Naniji Khushi and Payal showered all their love and affection on Anjali but Anjali was at the moment excited about the two new arrivals in the family !!!!!
it was a morning ritual for her to walk upto Khushi and Payal who were in their 7th and 4th month of pregnancy respectively...she would place her face on their belly and talk endlessly to her soon to arrive siblings...she had already decided their names too...
life couldnt have been more perfect for the Raizadas...their only grief was the loss of Anjali...the daughter of their house...
Arnav and Akash were busy in a conference call...it was 10 pm already...they both had started working from their home since the day they came to know that their wives were expecting...so at the moment they were in their office room at RM busy with their work...they both just wanted to finish off the call so that they could go back to their wives...suddenly they heard a knock at the door...Arnav went and opened the door and was surprised to see Anjali giving them death stares...she walked in ignoring Arnav...she glared at Akash who immediately stopped talking to their clients and looked at her...
Arnav: what happened princess...did u need something ???
Anjali: Papa I dont need anything...but my mama needs something...and Chachu...my Chachi too needs something...
Anjali then took charge...she shutdown their laptops...switched off the lights...and dragged both of them out of the room and took them to their bedrooms...she went to Akash's room first where theysaw Khushi and Payal talking to each other...they saw Arnav and Akash being dragged into the room by Anjali and burst out laughing seeing their husband's defeated expression...if there was anyone one the planet who could control the Raizada brothers then it was Anjali...just like how Di ruled RM...her little princess now ruled it !!!
Anjali pushed Akash onto the bed and looked at him...
Anjali: there u go Chachi...Chachu u better stay with Chachi now or else tomo morning first thing she is moving into my room...if u cant take care of her then I will take her with me and u can sleep
all alone in this room...u wont be seeing Chachi after that !!!!
Akash couldnt help laughing at Anjali but he put on a mock serious expression and answered her...
Akash: sorry princess...today onwards your Chachi will never be left alone k !!!! its a promise !!!
Akash then lifted her in his arms and hugged her tight...giving her a good night kiss while Payal ruffled her hair...Anjali hugged him back and then hugged Payal and kissed her goodnight...she then hugged Payal around her belly and gave good night kisses to the baby...she looked around to see Arnav and Khushi watching her with tears in their eyes...she glared at them...
Anjali: Papa what are u waiting for ??? Mama needs rest and she cant walk...she is too tired...u have to carry her in your arms and take her to your room...cant u do that much on your own ??
why do I have to tell u everything that mama needs !!!!
Arnav couldnt stop his tears...Anjali reminded him so much of his Di...she bossed him just like his Di did...without a word he picked her up and placed kisses all over her face...Khushi too covered Anjali with her kisses...Anjali slowly got out from her parents arms...she wrapped herself around her mama's belly and kissed the baby good night and ran to her room...Akash saw Arnav crying and got up and hugged him...he knew how much Arnav missed Di...they all did...
Akash: Bhai I know I dont have to tell u but...Di wherever she is...she is very happy today to see her princess...she is happy to see all of us happy...she is happy to see her princess loved !!!
Arnav turned to Khushi who looked at him smiling...Akash hugged Khushi goodnight while Arnav hugged Payal...he then turned towards khushi giving her his signature smirk and before she realised he had picked her in his arms and carried her off to their room...
soon after Anjali's death...Dadi had agreed to testify against Shyam...she was witness to his confession at the hospital...Shyam was caught and was now locked up in jail for a good number of years...
dadi was immensely guilty for her actions...she stayed with them for 2 years...she loved Khushi and Payal like her own kids...but she started cravingfor the quiet life of an ashram...so she left them
and went off to the ashram but still visited them regularly...Akash couldnt have been more happy with Payal and their soon to be born baby...but little Anjali always came first for them...
Arnav placed Khushi gently on their bed and got in next to her and took her in his arms and hugged her tight...his one hand resting on her womb...he couldnt have asked for anything more out
of his life...Khushi was his world...his life...his heart...she was the perfect mother to Anjali...he couldnt wait to hold their baby in his arms...he secretly wished for a girl just like Khushi... Khushi knew he wanted a girl and hoped that his wish came true...
Khushi had insisted that she wanted a baby of their own only after Anjali had grown up a little...she wanted to make sure that Anjali didnt miss out on anything...she wanted to make sure that Anjali got all the love and care before she shared her parents with another baby...Arnav knew Khushi loved Anjali more than their own baby...he swore to himself that he would have the best in the world for Khushi and their kids...
He gently placed a kiss on her womb and then took her into his arms and kissed her...holding her tight in his arms...never to let go ever...lost in their love and passion as another day passed peacefully...in the wee hours of dawn they drifted off to sleep having spend the night loving each other...talking...laughing...feeling their baby move around in Khushi's stomach...whispering promises never to let go of each other...to always love each other...they slept hugging each other as close as possible...
Anjali smiled from the heavens above watching her family...tears in her eyes as she saw how much they loved her princess...she became their guardian angel...watching over them...preventing evil forces from coming anywhere near her family...
Life had come a full circle for Arnav and Khushi...they had their share of pain and troubles but their love won out in the end...they were at peace now...happiness and laughter filled their lives
as they prepared to welcome their first born into their world of perfect bliss...the Gods watching over them smiled seeing the much in love couple and their happy little world...they blessed them
with all the happiness in the world...
