2 years later


Arnav came back from a strenuous day at work around 6 in the evening and went straight to his room...he freshened up and went to the garden and the sight in front of him warmed his heart and took away all the stress at work...his entire family was having tea and cracking jokes and relaxing..laughter was the signature of RM mansion over the past two years...his eyes searched for Khushi who was the reason behind this happy family picture...just then Khushi entered from behind carrying tea and snacks for him...obviously she had heard him come in and gone to make tea for him...even after two years he still couldn't believe his good luck in finding her..she had altered his lifestyle beyond recognition...she had restored his faith in God and love and family relations...she made sure that the ASR in him came out only at the office...he went to office at 9 in the morning and returned at sharp 6 in the evening unless a meeting held him up and he seldom stayed away from home but that was because home for him was where Khushi was and these days she accompanied him in all his trips..she had risen upto the challenge of being the wife of ASR and Arnav had risen up to the challenge of being the perfect husband to Khushi Arnav Singh Raizada and their life was an everlasting honeymoon.He was ready to give up the ASR in him for her sake but she understood that it was a part of his identity and character and that he was incomplete without that...but ASR came to the front only when situation demanded it...otherwise he was Arnav...to the evil wrongdoers who thought they could outsmart Arnav...they couldn't have been more mistaken because ASR was the secret weapon which then came to the fore and lashed out against them like a tidal wave that swept everything aside in its wake !!!


Of late a new thought had taken birth in Arnav and Khushi's mind...they wanted to see their love reflected in another form...they wanted a baby which would bring the full circle of their happily ever after and they had waited till now because Khushi wanted Di and Jeeju to have their baby first since they were the eldest couple and so little Saira was born and then Khushi had insisted on waiting for Akash and Payal's baby since Payal was elder to her though Akash was younger to Arnav and little Pari came along soon after...Saira and Pari filled everyone's life with their little pitter patter and high ringing laughter !!!


And now Khushi wanted her own Angel and Arnav couldn't have asked for anything more...all he wanted was to give Khushi everything she desired and he himself was dying to hear a little voice call him the magical word Papa...and so they had tried to have a baby...its been months now and yet Khushi hadn't conceived and it was starting to worry her...what if there was something wrong with her...finally they decided to see a doctor...the doctor ran  a couple of tests and the devastating news was given out to the much in love couple...there was nothing wrong with Khushi but Arnav would never be able to father a child...even with treatment he had one in a million chance !!!
Arnav was shattered...he considered himself flawed...he felt he had let down Khushi again...denied her the ultimate joy...he even thought of walking away from her life but didn't have to courage to leave his reason for existence...Khushi could see that her husband was in pain...she too was in pain because her hope of giving birth to his child was almost diminished...but Khushi was Khushi...she saw a silver lining yet again to their pain...she walked upto Arnav and reached out to him...he would never forget her next few lines as they were the lines that helped him come out of his misery !!!
Khushi "Arnav we have both known the loss of parents and though we had people to take care of us yet we grew up as orphans and we know the pain...maybe this is our chance to take away the pain from someone else's life...why don't we look at it in another manner...who don't we adopt a child from an orphanage..we cant put a smile to all the orphans around us but why not do it for one..we will love the child like our very own...our family will love the child as ours always "


Arnav had time to register her lines when she spoke again...
Khushi "and that does not mean that we stop trying...you will undergo treatment...I will wait and Arnav and Khushi will have a creation of their own blood soon enough...and the two little bundles of joy will be the symbols of our love and life whom we will treasure equally !!! " a mischievious tingle in her eyes !!


Arnav couldn't have asked for more..he could barely register his joy...he hugged Khushi and sealed the deal with a kiss...the ASR in him had woken up and took an oath that he would make Khushi's dream come true !!!
The next day they conveyed the news to their family...the family was thrilled and happy to hear their decision and assured that they would stand by them in their decion...they were happy at how the couple had turned a bad situation in their favour...and thus they started out to complete mission one...little Alvira came into their lives..she was 6 months old..Khushi treasured her and Arnav dotted on her and so did the remaining family members...Saira and Pari were dotting sisters to little Alvira...it was a heartwarming sight to see the reformed Shyam and Di dotting on the three angels !!!


Meanwhile Arnav continued with his treatment and Khushi,Di and rest of the family conducted pujas and prayed so that Arnav and Khushi could attain their next goal...finally when Alvira was three years old...a fine morning Khushi had a beautiful smile playing on her lips...she had just realised that they had achieved their dream and she was about to convey it to her Arnav...the expression on Arnav's face could never be captured in words as he beheld the news...it was as though he had conquered the world...he had achieved the impossible...the ASR in him roared in triumph...his devi maiyya had heard his prayers...Khushi was expecting...he held her close to him...as precious to him as his heartbeat...they conveyed the news to the rest of the family and they were thrilled...they didn't want anything more !!!
They family and Arnav took care of Khushi as though she were a piece of glass...Arnav worked from home...he wanted to be there for her and never miss out on any tiny detail of her pregnancy..Alvira,Saira and Pari kept Khushi entertained...Payal and Anjali fussed over Khushi...Akash and Shyam came rushing back so that they could also take care of Khushi which made Payal and Anjali complain that even they never got this much attention from their husbands !!!


Khushi enjoyed the attention she was getting and thanked her stars and devi maiyya for giving her such a loving family and thus 9 months passed...and Khushi delivered not one but two beautiful angels...ASR had maintained his signature style..he had scored double though he had to sweat a lot fot it !!! Khushi had given birth to twins..a baby girl and a bay boy...they named the babies Ananya and Abhay...the family had come a complete circle...the Raizadas had everything they needed...the RM mansion was filled with joy and blessings..this family has seen enough of sorrows for a lifetime..it was time for happiness and only happiness !!

Arnav saved Khushi from Shyam who managed to escape half alive because at that time all that mattered was Khushi for Arnav.Seconds may have passed onto years but all that mattered was him holding her in his arms...finally able to give her the sense of security she longed for...the love she truly deserved...love given to her without seeking any answers in return...clarifications could wait..it was as though time had freezed'and they stood that way seeking solace and comfort in each others arms.they would have continued to be glued to each other had it not been for NK who interrupted them...he was relieved to find his Nanav and Khushi safe...Arnav opened his arms for NK and the threesome hugged again...Arnav couldn't find words to thank NK enough for helping Khushi'.and NK for the first time called Khushi "bhabhi"...as of this moment Arnav was his Ram and Khushi his Sita...he swore to god that he would ensure that the couple never separated ever again !!!

Chaos reigned...Payal gave the truth to Anjali..how Shyam had arrived as a paying guest and how things went on from then and how Khushi found Shyam to be a cheat and the reasons as to why Khushi never gave the truth to Anjali...Akash,Naniji,Mamiji and Mamaji...all of them stood rooted to their spots digesting the enormous truth and believing Payal but not Anjali...she was blinded by her love and she decided that she would only believe what Shyam had to tell her and so she waited for him to return and return he did for his rani sahiba was the only hope he had to ensure that he could stay at RM and plot further menace...he came and took her to their room and fed her a cock and bull story apparently putting all the blame on Khushi and how she had forced him to sign the divorce papers so that Khushi wouldn't harm their baby !!!!


And rani sahiba believed him blindly...he convinced her that whatever Payal said was to protect her sister...meanwhile Arnav and Khushi had arrived at RM with NK...enroute NK and Khushi filled in Arnav about all their activites since the kidnapping and all that Khushi had to endure from Shyam so that they could find Arnav and get the will back in his name...Arnav had tears in his eyes as he listened and didn't know what he had done to receive a second chance with Khushi..khushi's eyes conveyed to him that no apologies were required because all was fair in love but he swore to himself that he would stick with khushi even if hell freezed over !!!


The threesome were soon met with enquiries as to what happened and the story was relayed once more to the family members...by the end of which only one name stayed on everyone's lips "Khushi"...she was true to her name...she had ensured the happiness of everyone else even if it meant sacrificing her own...they were glad that Arnav had found his love in Khushi...and finally Arnav confessed the truth about the marriage but as they say everything is forgiven in love and so the family decided to put everything behind them.Arnav was informed by Akash that Shyam had successfully brain-washed Anjali and that Anjali had threatened to banish Khushi from Arnav's life but that was not to be !!!


Arnav tried his level best to convince his Di about the truth...he told her everything that happened but insanity had gripped Anjali and she refused to accept the truth and decided to stick by her husband but she realised she would never be able to remove Khushi from RM and so life started at RM but Anjali waged war against the rest..particularly Khushi.but everyone put up with Anjali as they all knew that truth would come out and Anjali would need all their support when she finally realised that she was fighting for the wrong person.Khushi swore that she would nurture Anjali back to life !!!
The moment of truth was not far away...shyam who was still plotting ways to get close to Khushi was caught in his act by Anjali herself...shyam who had run out of patience trying to be good to khushi decided that he would have her by force...and tried to force himself on her when arnav was away on a foreign trip...Anjali and Akash who happened to be passing by the room heard Khushi's screams and opened the door and were met with a sight that chilled the blood in their veins...Akash seized Shyam from Khushi and threw him out of the room...Anjali had gone into a state of shock..Arnav was summoned back immediately...Shyam was handed over to the police and was sentenced to two years in prison for attempt at molestation...Anjali lost her baby in the shock and later slipped into a coma...RM mansion slipped into sorrow once again...but Khushi found strength and confidence from her Devi Maiyya..she swore to herself that she would bring RM to its normal self...and she found that she was not alone in her mission...Arnav was with her...together they brought laughter and joy back into everyone's life. Khushi took care of Anjali like a sister...she knew that Anjali would recover one day and she promised Anjali a happy life once she recovered..Arnav used to watch with tears of joy Khushi taking care of his Di.



And finally during a family holiday in Nanital in December...Anjali spoke for the first time and her first word was "khushi"...the entire Raizada family rejoiced...Khushi had done it again..she brought back Anjali to life..slowly as months passed Anjali started walking and she was her usual self...she never asked about Shyam...she didn't want to know'she did love him even now but she never shed a tear for him...all she cared about was her family's happiness but she had a surprise waiting for her...Shyam had undergone a complete transformation while in jail and the reason yet again was khushi...unknown to all but Arnav...Shyam had visits at the jail from Arnav and Khushi...Arnav was convinced that if he deserved a second chance with Khushi then Shyam deserved a second chance at life...Arnav after a lot of contemplation with Khushi decided to forgive Shyam for everything that he did to his Di and Khushi..Khushi too forgave him...they visited him frequently and slowly Shyam saw the sins he had done on full light and prayed to Devi Maiyya for forgivenss...he truly repented..he was distraught when he learned of Anjali's condition and the loss of his baby...he begged for forgiveness from Arnav and Khushi...once he was released he met Arnav and Khushi and asked them if they would give him a second chance at love...they discussed the matter with the Raizada family and then planned a surprise for Anjali on her wedding anniversary which she ignored as it no longer mattered...Shyam sought her hand yet again...Arnav and Khushi explained everything to Anjali and Anjali being Anjali decided she would have a second innings with Shyam...after all she still loved him and so Khushi had won...she had brought back happiness into everyone's life at RM including Shyam who had done so much to destroy her and her family...she had turned an evil soul and brought happiness back into Anjali's life...into Arnav's life..she had found goodness in all the souls around her'into the Raizada parivaar !!!
